1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
1 C. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp.vanilla
1 C. peanut butter
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 C. flour
2 C. quick oats
Frosting:
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 C. powdered sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 C. powdered sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream together sugars, butter, eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter. Add flour, salt, and soda. Add oats mix well. Put in cookie sheet, patting out with hands ( or a piece of wax paper) Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Frost with Frosting.
