4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 stick butter
1 package of Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/4 c. water
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan until combined and heated through. Serve over fettuccine noodles.
*Can mix ahead and keep warm in crock pot for 3-4 hours on low.
